    • 摘要: 阐述了煤矿安全监控系统中控制执行时间测试的重要性,针对使用RS485总线进行传感器数据传输的系统,提出了利用计算机软件模拟传感器及控制执行器的数据进行分站控制执行时间的测试方法;通过示波器测试出控制执行器的反应和动作时间,最终得到总的控制执行时间。研究表明,相比采用秒表等工具进行测试,该方法更加的快捷、准确,在实际应用过程中可扩展性更强。

       

      Abstract: This paper articulates the importance of control execution time test for coal mine safety monitoring system, for the sensor data transmission system using RS485 bus, this paper presents a method to measure the time of sub-station control execution using data of sensor and control actuator simulated by computer software. The reaction time and action time of the control actuator are measured by the oscilloscope, and the total control execution time is finally obtained. The research shows that this method is faster and more accurate and has better scalability in practical application compared with stopwatch and other tools for testing.
