    Research on Thermal Effect of Catalytic Components

    • 摘要: 简要介绍了催化元件原理及构造,研究了形状、表面积、材质等内在因素对催化元件热效应的影响;在不同试验条件下测量催化元件的最高表面温度,分析并总结出试验的最不利条件。通过理论分析的方式研究影响热点燃的因素,最终提出本安型催化元件判定原则。

       

      Abstract: The paper briefly introduces the principle and structure of catalytic elements, studies the influence of internal factors such as shape, surface area and material on the thermal effect of catalytic elements. Through the measurement of the maximum surface temperature of the catalytic element under different test conditions, the most unfavorable conditions of the test are analyzed and summarized. By means of theoretical analysis, the factors influencing thermal ignition are studied, and finally the determination principle of intrinsically safe catalytic element is proposed.
