    Engineering Application of Changeable Wash-pipe Assembly with Large Diameters of 140 mm

    • 摘要: 2015年5月在山西晋煤集团坪上矿使用空气反循环钻进工艺施工大直径救援钻孔,车载钻机顶驱动力头主轴内通孔及冲管总成经常发生堵塞现象,在简要介绍空气反循环钻进工艺过程的基础上剖析并定位堵塞原因,进而提出设计φ140 mm大直径可更换冲管总成。设计过程中重点突破冲管总成下盘根盒内4组盘根与冲管旋转密封,并在鹅颈管处设计了可更换易损模块,大幅降低使用成本。工程应用结果表明,φ140 mm大直径可更换冲管总成及排渣管线的应用使得该集束式潜孔锤空气反循环钻进过程中排渣顺畅,钻进效率提高,工人劳动强度大幅降低。

       

      Abstract: A large rescue borehole construction using air reverse circulation technology on Shanxi Jincheng Coal Group was did on May of 2015, inner boreholes of main shaft and washpipe assembly of truck-mounted drilling rig top-drive power head were blocked frequently. On the basis of introduction of process of air reverse circulation drilling technology, the inner borehole blocking reason was found, a changeable wash-pipe assembly with diameter of 140 mm was proposed. During the design process, a rotary seal among four packings and wash-pipe in lower packing box was specially considered, a changeable module on goose neck was designed, use-cost was lowered. Engineering application results show that the application of replaceable punching tube assembly with large diameter of 140 mm and slag discharge pipeline makes the slag discharge smoothly in the process of air reverse circulation drilling of the cluster drill hammer, the drilling efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of the workers is greatly reduced.
