    超大功率局部通风机在超长距离掘进巷道通风的应用

    The Application of Super Power Partial Ventilator in Extreme Long Distance Roadway Ventilation

    • 摘要: 针对砚北煤矿3 000 m长距离单巷道掘进过程中,采用2×30 kW局部通风机出现后期供风量不足,矿井一度采掘接续失衡的情况。对选用超大功率4×37 kW的FBDY型通风机进行了试验研究,结果表明:该通风机能有效实现对掘进工作面的长距离、大功率风量输送,使巷道温度比原2×30 kW对旋局部通风机下降了2℃以上,有效风量提高了57.91%。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the situations of lacking of wind volume in later period and the excavation connection unbalanced by using 2 × 30 kW partial ventilator during the mining process of 3 000 m long distance single roadway of Yanbei coal mine,this paper selects the super power 4 × 37 kW FBDY ventilator to do the experimental study,which indicates that this ventilator can realize effectively long distance,super power wind volume transportation of heading face,and decrease the roadway temperature by more 2 ℃ than 2 × 30 kW counter-rotary partial ventilator,and the effective wind volume increases by 57.91%.
