    A SOC Algorithm with Temperature and Lifetime Correction for Mine Power Supply

    • 摘要: 针对矿用紧急避险设施用大容量锂离子蓄电池荷电状态(SOC)估算累积误差较大的问题,提出适用于紧急避险这一特殊工况下使用备用锂电池电源的SOC修正估算方案。设计了基于安时积分法,并含温度、寿命修正的SOC估算方法。经试验,该估算方法在给定实验条件下,可达到明显的修正效果,适用于紧急避险设施锂电池电源。

       

      Abstract: The cumulative error in the estimation for state of charge (SOC) of large capacity lithium ion batteries for the emergency refuge facilities in coal mine is very large. Aim at this problem, SOC correction estimation scheme of standby lithium battery power supply under this special condition for mine emergency facilities is proposed. A SOC estimation method is designed in this paper, which is based on the ampere hour integration method with temperature, life correction. Experiments prove that the estimation method can achieve obvious correction effect under given experimental conditions, and is fully compliant with lithium battery power supply emergency facilities.
