    Research on On-line Detection System of Mine Wire Rope

    • 摘要: 针对目前矿用钢丝绳缺陷诊断检测精度不高、易误判的问题,提出了采用法平面和切平面特征两级综合判断法,设计了一种新型三轴磁记忆阵列传感器,构建了矿用钢丝绳在线检测系统。该系统以单片机为主控核心,采集到的数据通过无线串口,基于UART协议传输到上位机,采用集合经验模态分解(EEMD)降噪方法,去除磁记忆信号中的干扰噪声。试验结果表明,对于钢丝绳断丝缺陷,矿用钢丝绳在线检测系统准确输出了磁记忆信号的法平面信号和切平面信号,检测准确率达到98.87%,误检率降低了4.13%。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the accuracy of the detection of mine wire rope defects is not high and misjudged at present, a new type of three-axis magnetic memory array sensor is designed by using the two-level comprehensive judgment method of normal plane and tangent plane features, and the on-line detection system of mine wire rope was constructed. The system takes the MCU as the main control core, and the collected data is transmitted to the upper computer through the wireless serial port, which is based on the UART protocol. The ensemble empirical mode decomposition noise reduction method is adopted to remove the interference noise in the magnetic memory signal. The experimental results show that the on-line detection system of mine wire rope accurately outputs the normal plane signal and tangent plane signal of the magnetic memory signal for the defects of the steel wire rope, and the detection accuracy rate reaches to 98.87%, the false detection rate is reduced by 4.13%.
