    • 摘要: 为解决30 000 kN液压支架试验台让缩性能试验测控技术关键问题,提出一种基于LabVIEW RT构建的液压支架远程实时测控系统新方法。采用高频电液比例方向阀作为柱塞油缸液压系统的执行元件,高精度位移传感器作为实时闭环系统的反馈元件,通过在嵌入式实时控制器中运行的模糊PID控制算法实时调整比例方向阀开口度实现液压支架让缩性能试验外加载平台油缸保持同步,防止外加载平台卡死情况。介绍了该测控系统硬件架构设计、软件下位机及上位机设计。实际应用表明,该系统具有非常高的实时性及鲁棒性,外加载平台让缩试验过程中同步误差小于1 mm。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the key problem of measurement and control technology for shrinkage test of 30 000 kN hydraulic support test rig, this paper proposes a new method of remote real-time measurement and control system of hydraulic support based on LabVIEW RT. The high frequency electro hydraulic proportional directional valve is adopted as the actuating element of the hydraulic system of the plunger cylinder, and the high precision displacement sensor is used as the feedback element of the real-time closed loop system, by using the fuzzy PID control algorithm running in the embedded real-time controller to adjust the proportional direction valve opening in real time, the hydraulic support can be used to keep the oil cylinder of the external loading platform synchronized to prevent external loading platform from blocking. The paper introduces the hardware structure design, the software design of slave computer and host computer. The practical application shows that the system has very high real-time and robustness, the error of the external loading platform is less than 1 mm during the shrinkage test of the hydraulic support.
