    水力压裂和深孔预裂爆破联合增透技术的应用研究

    Application Study on Hydraulic Fracturing and Deep Hole Pre-splitting Blasting Joint Permeability Improvement Technology

    • 摘要: 针对鲁班山北矿8号煤层地质构造复杂、透气性差、抽采效果差的问题,在152底板巷道对8号煤层进行水力压裂和深孔预裂爆破联合增透技术,结果表明该技术比水力压裂技术、深孔预裂爆破增透技术和普通抽采技术提高了煤层透气性,瓦斯抽采纯量较水力压裂钻孔提高了1.55倍、是深孔预裂爆破钻孔1.39倍、是普通抽采钻孔2.3倍,水力压裂和深孔预裂联合增透试验钻孔汇总浓度保持在42%以上且无衰减。

       

      Abstract: In view of the complicated geological structure, poor permeability and poor extraction efficiency of the No.8 coal seam in the northern of Lubanshan Mine, the combined technology of hydraulic fracturing and deep hole pre-splitting blasting in the coal seam of No.8 coal seam is carried out in 152 floor roadway. The results show that the technology is better than hydraulic fracturing technology, deep hole pre-splitting blasting technology and ordinary extraction technology, which improves the permeability of coal seam. The pure volume of gas extraction is 1.55 times higher than that of hydraulic fracturing, and it is 1.39 times that of deep hole pre-splitting blasting and 2.3 times of normal extraction. The combined concentration of hydraulic fracturing combined with deep hole pre-cracking permeability improvement technology remains over 42% without attenuation.
