    • 摘要: 充分利用煤矿井下定向钻进工艺技术的优点,在煤矿井下工作面巷道掘进期间超前施工定向钻孔,对巷道掘进区域煤层顶板含水层富水异常区进行探查和注浆治理,形成长距离掩护式定向钻孔探放水及巷道围岩改造技术。对定向钻孔成孔工艺技术、探放水孔封孔工艺技术、注浆孔注浆工艺技术和施工方法进行了介绍,并成功地在麦垛山煤矿进行了现场应用,取得良好的效果。

       

      Abstract: Making full use of the advantages of underground directional drilling technology in coal seam, constructing directional borehole in advance during roadway excavation in underground coal mine face, and carrying out the exploration and grouting treatment for water-rich anomaly area of the aquifer in the roof of the roadway excavation area, a long distance shielded directional drilling for water detection and drainage and roadway surrounding rock transformation technology is formed. This paper introduces the directional drilling hole forming technology, water detection and drainage hole sealing technology, grouting technology for grouting hole and construction method. These technologies have been successfully applied in Maiduoshan Coal Mine and achieved good results.
