    • 摘要: 综放大断面煤巷顶板松软破碎,容易出现离层膨胀而导致支护体结构破坏,进而引发冒顶事故。以某矿20322综放工作面区段运输平巷顶板掘进期间大面积垮冒为研究背景,通过对巷道冒顶前矿压现象分析,得出了顶板结构失稳的主要原因是地质体破碎和锚索参数不合理,并提出了通过调整锚索支护参数增强顶支护结构的完整性和抵抗强度来控制松软厚煤顶的支护理念,在工业性实践中取得了良好的效果。

       

      Abstract: The roof of a large section of coal roadway is soft and broken, and it prone to the separation expansion to cause the structural damage of the supporting body, which leads to the outburst accident in turn. In this paper, take the large area collapse during roof tunneling of sectional transportation roadway in 20322 fully mechanized caving face as the research background, through the analysis of the pressure phenomenon before the roof caving, the main reason for the instability of roof structure is that the ground mass fracture and anchor cable parameters are unreasonable. The supporting idea of controlling the soft thick coal roof by adjusting the supporting parameters of the anchor cable to enhance the integrity and resistance strength of the roof support structure is proposed, and it has achieved good results in industrial practice.
