    The Application of Liquid Carbon Dioxide for Coal Spontaneous Combustion in High Gassy Mine Fully Mechanized Top-coal Caving Working Face

    • 摘要: 针对温庄煤业150201综放工作面采空区CO超限实际,分析了采空区遗煤自燃的原因,结合目前国内外煤自燃防治技术研究现状,提出了灌注液态CO2惰化灭火的方法,并研究了液态CO2灭火技术工艺及相关参数。现场实践表明,液态CO2灭火能力强、速度快,具有良好的惰化抑爆作用,是煤层自燃火灾防治的有效手段之一。

       

      Abstract: According to the practical situation of CO over limit in the goaf of the fully mechanized top-coal caving working face 150201 in Wenzhuang coal mine,the causes of spontaneous combustion of missed coal in the goaf were analyzed,combining with the domestic and foreign research situation of coal spontaneous combustion,the inerting fire-extinguishing method of injecting liquid carbon dioxide was proposed,the techniques and relevant parameters were researched.Field practice shows that liquid carbon dioxide has fast and strong fire-extinguishing capability as well as inerting and explosion suppression effect,and it is one of the most efficient methods for prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion.
