    • 摘要: 介绍平滑定向钻进和基于VLD-1000定向钻机的平滑旋转复合钻进技术关键;利用复合钻进成功钻进一系列超1 746 m长钻孔,其中有6个为超2 000 m长钻孔; 复合钻进极大提高了定向钻进技术,丰富了井工煤矿瓦斯预抽的方案对策,增加了抽采、掘进和回采整体规划的自由度。复合定向长钻孔钻机技术应用于煤矿瓦斯治理及特殊区域的瓦斯治理具有重大意义。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the sliding directional drilling and the key of sliding rotary compound drilling technology based on VLD-1000 directional drilling rig. Using compound drilling, we successfully drilled a series of super long drilling holes over 1, 746 m, 6 of which are over 2 000 m long drilling holes. The combined drilling greatly improves the directional drilling technology, which has enriched the plan countermeasures for the gas pre-pumping in the wells, and increased the freedom of the overall planning of extraction, tunneling and recovery. It is of great significance to apply compound directional long drilling rig technology for gas treatment in coal mine and even special areas.
