    富水软岩巷道复合支护技术与监测分析

    Composite Support Technology and Monitoring Analysis of Water-rich Soft Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 针对淮北某矿富水的软岩巷道因含水量较多而产生变形破坏的问题,根据巷道围岩的理论弹塑性,提出1种“两层钢筋网夹混凝土喷层+锚杆(索)注浆”的高效复合式支护方案。并阐述了该复合支护之间相互作用的力学机理。结合在实际矿区的监测数据,得出该种复合支护方式能够有效抑制巷道围岩的变形问题。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of deformation and failure of soft rock roadway caused by water content in a mine, according to the theoretical elastoplasticity of roadway surrounding rock, this paper presents a high efficiency compound support scheme of “two-layer steel mesh sandwich concrete shotcrete and bolt (cable) grouting”, and describes the mechanical mechanism of the interaction between the composite supports. Combined with the monitoring data in the actual mining area, it is concluded that this kind of compound support method can effectively suppress the deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
