    • 摘要: 根据岱庄煤矿具体的工程开采条件,利用数值模拟对动态开采中条带煤柱的受力变形进行分析。条带煤柱在动态开采中,距离煤柱边缘4 m的部位出现应力峰值且随工作面推进经历出现→消失→再出现的过程,煤柱的受力增长速度经历慢→快→慢的过程。条带煤柱的屈服破坏宽度为6 m。将条带煤柱的变形过程分为4个阶段:缓慢压缩阶段、急速扩张阶段、减速过渡阶段、平衡稳定阶段。急速扩张阶段完成总变形量的40%~60%,是条带煤柱主要变形阶段,且煤柱内的峰值应力会对横向变形产生很大影响,横向变形的变形速率出现拐点。

       

      Abstract: According to the mining conditions of Daizhuang Coal Mine, the stress and deformation of strip coal pillar in dynamic mining were analyzed by numerical simulation. In the dynamic mining, the stress peak value appears at the location of 4 m at the edge of the strip coal pillar and experiences the process of appearing, disappearing, and reappearing with the advancing of the working face. The stress of the strip coal pillar experiences slow, fast and slow process. The failure width of the strip coal pillar is 6 m. The deformation process of strip coal pillar was divided into 4 stages: slow compression stage, rapid expansion stage, deceleration transition stage and balance and stability stage. Rapid expansion stage is the main deformation stage of strip coal pillar, and 40% to 60% of total deformation is completed; the peak stress of coal pillar will have a great influence on the transverse deformation, and the deformation rate of the transverse deformation will appear inflection point.
