    Narrow Coal Pillar Design of Gob-side Entry Driving in Inclined Coal Seam and Its Control Technology

    • 摘要: 沿空巷道两帮煤体呈现非对称破坏及受力的特点,而倾斜煤层又加剧了偏载的趋势,巷道维护困难。采用理论分析的方法,给出倾斜煤层沿空掘巷内应力场宽度计算式,并探究煤层倾角对合理煤柱宽度的影响规律:倾斜煤层(25°~45°)的合理煤柱宽度小于近水平煤层(0°~8°),且随着煤层倾角的增大,倾斜煤层比缓倾斜煤层(8°~25°)合理煤柱宽度减小的快。揭示倾斜煤层沿空掘巷围岩控制机理并开发控制技术,应用于实践。

       

      Abstract: The coal body along the two sides of gob-side entry presents the characteristics of asymmetric failure and load-carrying capability, and the inclined coal seams aggravate the tendency, so the roadway maintenance is difficult. By using the method of theoretical analysis, the calculation formula of the stress field inside the roadway with inclined coal seam was given, and the influence law of the coal seam dip on the width of the coal pillars is discussed. The reasonable width of coal pillar in inclined seam (25° to 45°) is less than that of the nearly horizontal coal seam (0° to 8°), and with the increasing of dip angle of coal seam, reasonable pillar width of inclined coal seam decreases quickly than that of slowly inclined coal seam (8° to 25°). This paper reveals the control mechanism of the surrounding rock of the inclined coal seam along the empty excavation roadway and develops the control technology, which is applied in practice.
