    变革型领导行为对矿工安全行为的影响研究

    Influence of Transformational Leadership on Miners’ Safety Behavior

    • 摘要: 矿工安全行为是煤矿安全生产的基础保障,而管理者的领导风格对矿工安全行为有重要影响。为寻求安全管理实践的突破口,在文献研究的基础上,构建变革型领导行为对矿工安全行为影响关系的理论模型。运用SPSS21.0和AMOS21.0软件对理论模型进行检验,研究表明:变革型领导行为对矿工的安全行为有显著影响,并且领导认同在两者之间起一定的中介作用;管理者和矿工间的调节匹配在领导认同和矿工安全行为间具有调节效应,双方调节匹配程度高会强化领导认同的中介效应。

       

      Abstract: The safety behavior of miner is the basis of work safety in coal mine, and the leadership style of manager has important influence on the safety of miners. To further seek possible behavior management cut in points, a theoretical model on the influence relationship of transformational leadership on safety behavior was established on the basis of literature research. The SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 software were applied to test the theoretical model. The results show that transformational leadership has positive influence on safety behavior through leadership identity, which plays a mediate effect between them. The regulatory fit between manager and miner has regulatory effect between leadership identity and the safety behavior, and the high degree of regulatory fit will enhance the mediate effect of identification of miners to managers.
