    Research on the Influence of Miner’s Work Stress on Near Miss Events Based on SEM

    • 摘要: 为研究矿工工作压力对煤矿险兆事件的影响。结合对矿工工人的访问调查,归纳出矿工工作压力的7项压力源。通过分析矿工工作压力对煤矿险兆事件的影响,提出相应的假设,建立矿工工作压力对煤矿险兆事件影响的初始模型;运用SPSS17.0和AMOS21.0软件对调查问卷进行统计及模型的验证分析。结果表明:矿工工作压力对煤矿险兆事件的正向影响效果明显;工作与家庭冲突、工作特征、职业发展以及角色压力对矿工工作压力和煤矿险兆事件都具有显著的正向影响;组织机制和风格、自我效能、人际关系对矿工工作压力和煤矿险兆事件都具有显著的负向影响。最后,根据研究结果提出相应的干预对策,以期有助于煤矿提升安全管理水平。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the impact of miners’ work stress on near miss events in coal mines, combined with the survey of miners, the paper summed up seven stressors of the miners’ work stress. By analyzing the influence of the miners’ work stress on the coal mine hazard events, the paper proposes the corresponding hypothesis to establish the initial effect of the miners’ working stress on the near miss events in coal mine. SPSS17.0 and AMOS21.0 softwares are used to conduct statistical analysis of the questionnaire and verification of the model. The results show that the positive effect of miners′ work stress on near miss events is obvious in coal mine; work and family conflict, work characteristics, career development and role stress have significant positive effects on miners’ work stress and near miss events in coal mine. Organizational mechanism and style, self-efficacy, interpersonal relationship have significant negative effects on miners’ work stress and near miss events in coal mine. Finally, according to the research results, the corresponding intervention measures are proposed so as to help the coal mine improve the safety management level.
