    Working Mechanism of Emotional Safety Culture on Employee Safety Performance Based on Developmental Psychological Contract

    • 摘要: 探索情感性组织安全文化对员工安全绩效的作用机理,引入发展型心理契约作为中介变量,构建结构方程模型验证了情感性组织安全文化对员工安全绩效的中介效应。总结提出通过情感性组织安全文化建设,促进员工与组织之间发展型心理契约均衡,减缓心理契约破裂乃至违背情形的出现,进而改善员工安全绩效的管理机制。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the working mechanism of emotional organization safety culture on employee safety performance, the development of psychological contract is introduced as an intermediary variable. The structural equation model is constructed to confirm the effect of development dimension psychological contract working on employee safety performance. According to the research findings, it is proposed that the emotional organizational safety culture construction can promote a developmental psychological contract balance between employees and organizations, slow down the breakdown of psychological contract and even the occurrence of violation and improve management mechanism of employee safety performance.
