    • 摘要: 为实现员工有效自主管理,通过安全伙伴星级管理模式的构建和实施,安全伙伴从班组职工两两结对开始,同一个部门、区队、班组职工根据自由组合确立安全伙伴关系,签订协议,订立共同安全愿景目标,明确结对双方责任,着力培养员工自主管理的意识和能力,使每名员工即是管理的对象,又是管理的主体,达到“管”是为了“不管”的目的,并能自觉激发员工抓安全促生产的潜能,实现安全生产管理规范化和标准化。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the effective and independent management of the employees, through the construction and implementation of the star management mode of the safety partners, the safety partner starts from the two pairs of employees in the group, and the same department, district team and team members establish the safety partnership according to the free combination. Through signing an agreement, establishing a common safety vision goal, making clear the responsibility of both parties, and focusing on cultivating the consciousness and ability of employees’ self-management, to make every employee the object of management and the subject of management, to achieve “management” is to “non-management” purpose, and to consciously motivate employees to grasp the potential of safety promotion, the normalization and standardization of safe production management is realized.
