    Experimental Study on Initiation and Propagation Law of Sandstone with Axial Prefabricted Cracks

    • 摘要: 针对坚硬顶板难垮带来的冲击灾害,提出沿钻孔轴向预制裂缝定向压裂技术。采用300 mm×300 mm×300 mm红砂岩试样,进行了真三轴水力压裂物理模拟试验,研究不同预制裂缝方位角对裂缝的起裂与扩展规律的影响。结果表明:不同预制裂缝方位角时,压裂裂缝均沿预制裂缝的尖端起裂,并形成单一裂缝。随着预制裂缝方位角的增大,起裂压力逐渐增大;达到相同偏转角时,裂缝延伸长度逐渐减小并在45°时取得最小值,45°之后,裂缝延伸长度先增大后减小。

       

      Abstract: In view of the impact disaster caused by the hard roof of the coal mine, the oriented fracturing technology of the prefabricated cracks along borehole axial direction is proposed. In this paper, 300 mm×300 mm× 300 mm red sandstone samples were used to carry out the true triaxial hydraulic fracturing physical experiment. The influence of different azimuth angles of prefabricated fractures on the initiation and propagation of hydraulic fracturing fractures is studied. The experimental results show that the cracks of the hydraulic fracturing are deflected from the tip of the prefabricated cracks and form a single crack when prefabricated fractures are in different azimuth angles. With the increase of the azimuth angle of the prefabricated crack, the fracturing pressure increases gradually; when the same deflection angle is reached, the crack extension length decreases and obtains the minimum value at 45 °, after 45 °, the crack extension length first increases and then decreases.
