    煤层注水起裂压力及浸润扩散距离试验研究

    Experimental Study on Initiation Pressure and Water Diffusion Distance of Coal Seam by Water Injection

    • 摘要: 为了获得陕北侏罗纪煤层注水起裂压力及浸润扩散距离,采用高压、小流量和低压、大流量注水泵进行煤层注水试验,测试煤层裂隙注水起裂压力、浸润扩散距离及注水量,并进行对比分析。试验结果表明:煤层的注水起裂压力主要受水平层理控制,与煤层抗剪强度接近;沿水平层理浸润扩散距离约为17~21 m,注水段长增加,浸润扩散距离逐渐减小;煤层注水沿主要层理和裂隙扩散,导通次生裂隙,进一步湿润、软化坚硬煤层,增加煤层的含水量,减少生产过程中的煤尘。

       

      Abstract: In order to obtain the initiation pressure and infiltration and diffusion distance of the Jurassic coal seam in northern Shaanxi Province, testing water injection of coal seam with high-pressure and low-flow pump or low-pressure and high-flow pump, the paper analyzes and contrasts the initiation pressure, water diffusion distance and water injection amount. The results show that the initiation pressure of coal water injection is mainly controlled by horizontal bedding, and the initiation pressure is basically consistent with the shear strength of coal seam; the water diffusion distance is 17 m to 21 m along the horizontal bedding; as the water injection length increases, the water diffusion distance is gradually reduced; water spreads along the main bedding and fractures and connects the secondary fractures to further wet and soften the hard seam and increase the water content of coal and reduce the coal dust in the production process.
