    A Kind of Water Cycling Use Technology for Directional Drilling in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 近年来,定向钻进工艺以其钻孔深度深、钻孔精度高、轨迹可控等优势在煤矿安全及地质勘探领域都得到了较大的推广和应用,但该项工艺技术依然存在耗水量大、定向钻进成本高等问题。通过对钻屑颗粒的大小及分布规律进行分析,研究了一种适用于煤矿井下的定向钻进循环用水工艺,并在寺河煤矿井下了工业性试验。试验表明,该套工艺实现了水平定向钻进循环用水,大大降低了定向钻进成本。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, directional drilling technology has been greatly popularized and applied in the field of coal mine safety and geological exploration due to its advantages such as deep drilling depth, high drilling accuracy and controllable trajectory. However, the technology still has large water consumption and high cost of directional drilling. By analyzing the size and distribution of drill cuttings particles, a directional drilling water cycle technology for coal mine is studied, and an industrial test is carried out in Sihe Coal Mine. Tests show that the set of technology realizes the cycling use of water in horizontal directional drilling, greatly reduces the directional drilling cost.
