    Mine-used Large Current and High Stable Digital Intrinsic Safe Power Supply Based on Single Chip Microcompnter Control

    • 摘要: 远距离无源RFID读卡子站具有负载电容大和工作脉冲电流大的特殊性,普通本安电源不能为其可靠供电。针对这一问题,通过对容性负载电火花产生过程的分析,采用快速关断、负载通断检测、软启动、分段限流等电子技术,研制了一种基于单片机控制的大电流、高稳定、小体积的本安电源,该本安电源输出电压12 V,电流1.8 A。经试验证明,该本安电源可以为无源RFID读卡子站提供稳定可靠的供电电源。

       

      Abstract: A universal intrinsic safe power cannot reliably supply for a long distance passive RFID reader card station because of the large load capacity and extreme pulse current. In view of this problem, through the analysis of the generation process of capacitive load electric spark, a high current, high stability and small volume intrinsical safety power supply based on the control of single chip microcomputer is developed by means of fast shutdown, load on-off detection, soft startup and segmental current limiting technology. The output voltage of this power supply is 12 V and the current is 1.8 A. It has been proved by experiments that this power supply can provide stable and reliable power supply for passive RFID reader substation.
