    Water-saving Filling System for Fly Ash in Pan’er Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 以潘二矿为例,通过构建井下粉煤灰节水充填系统,对采空区巷道和端头进行充填,减少工作面冷风流损失,从而实现热害治理。充填系统主要包括粉煤灰料浆制备运输系统、料浆浓缩系统、风管发泡系统3大部分,具有资源节约、低成本、无化学污染、可靠性高、安全高效等特点;系统不仅可实现大量粉煤灰的快速输运,也能够解决灌浆浆液高水灰比,大掺量粉煤灰发泡应用及水资源的循环利用等问题。此外提出了巷旁充填工艺和端头充填工艺并在现场得到良好应用。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, taking Pan’er Mine as an example, through the construction of underground fly ash water-saving filling system, we carry out the filling for tunnel and end of mined-out area to reduce the loss of cold and wind flow in the working face, so as to realize the heat damage treatment. The system mainly includes the preparation of transportation system of fly ash slurry, slurry mixing system, air duct foaming system three parts, which has the characteristics of resource saving, low cost, no chemical pollution, high reliability, safe and efficient and so on. The system can not only realize the rapid transport of large amount of fly ash, but also solve the problems of high water-cement ratio of grouting slurry, foaming application of large amount of fly ash and recycling of water resources. In addition, the roadside filling process and the end filling process are proposed and well applied in the field.
