    Quantitative Test Study on Tangential Load of Bolt Based on Fiber Bragg Grating Technology

    • 摘要: 提出了一种新的方法来获得锚杆所受切向载荷的情况。在锚杆上布置光纤光栅作为传感器,沿着锚杆轴向,在锚杆截面互成120°布置3根光纤光栅串。通过这种光纤光栅传感器的布置方法,获得了锚杆在受到切向载荷时锚杆上各位置应变的情况。建立合理的力学模型,利用所得的锚杆上各位置的应变情况,计算得出锚杆所受到的切向载荷的具体情况。

       

      Abstract: This paper presents a new method to obtain the tangential load of the bolt. Arranging fiber bragg grating on the bolt as the sensor, we arrange three fiber bragg grating strings which are mutual into 120 ° at anchor section along the axis direction of bolt. By means of the arrangement of the fiber bragg grating sensor, the position strain of the bolt under tangential load is obtained. A reasonable mechanical model is established, and the tangential load of the bolt is calculated by using the strain condition of each position of the bolt.
