    • 摘要: 液压支架工作阻力监测与处理是分析采场矿压的重要组成部分。数据处理结果不仅能够直观反映工作面矿压显现规律,还能进一步分析支架-围岩关系的特征,同时也是支架设计和选型的数据支撑,可使监测成果得到充分利用,因此快速精确地进行数据处理是非常必要的。Excel表格操作简单、数据处理功能强大、处理结果直观性好。结合Excel的优点,实现了液压支架监测数据的计算和图形输出。

       

      Abstract: Monitor and analysis on working resistance of hydraulic support is an important component of analyzing ground pressure in mining field. The results of data processing can not only reflect the law of rock pressure in working face, but also analyze the characteristics of relationship between support and the surrounding rock. Meanwhile, it is also the data support for the design and selection of the hydraulic support. To make full use of monitoring results, it is necessary to process data quickly and accurately. There are more characteristics in Excel such as simple operation, powerful data processing function, good intuitiveness in processing results and so on. Based on advantages of Excel, the calculation and graphic output of hydraulic support monitoring data are realized.
