    基于窄带物联网的罐道间距测量仪

    Cageway Spacing Measuring Instrument Based on Narrow Band Internet of Things

    • 摘要: 针对当前立井罐道间距测量方法精度不高,费时费力的问题,设计了一种固定式立井罐道间距测量仪。仪器通过激光传感器和气压传感器采集数据,通过R8C/L36C单片微处理器处理数据获得罐道间距和井深数据,通过窄带物联网技术实现数据的远距离无线传输,使用户能够及时了解立井罐道的形变情况。该仪器的使用有利于煤矿提升设备的安全平稳运行。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low precision and low efficiency in the measurement method of cageway spacing, we design a fixed vertical shaft cageway spacing measuring instrument. The instrument collects data from laser sensors and air pressure sensors, obtains cageway spacing and depth data through R8C/L36C single-chip microprocessor processing data, achieve remote wireless transmission of data through Narrow Band Internet of Things (NB-IoT) technology to make users timely understand the deformation of vertical shaft cageway. The use of this instrument is conducive to the safe and stable operation of coal mine lifting equipment.
