    松软煤层大采高工作面深孔注浆加固技术

    Deep Hole Grouting Reinforcement Technology in Working Face of Soft Coal Seam with Large Mining Height

    • 摘要: 针对长平煤矿大采高工作面煤体疏松破碎、节理裂隙发育,煤壁易发生片帮、冒顶的问题,采用现场试验的方法,对长平矿大采高工作面的合理注浆时机、合理注浆压力、封孔和堵漏方法进行试验研究,并对工作面煤壁片帮情况进行统计分析。工业性试验结果表明:工作面超前支承压力弹性增强阶段的后部是工作面合理注浆加固区域,长平矿大采高工作面合理注浆区域为工作面前方30~40 m,合理注浆压力为10~12 MPa;采用深孔注浆加固后大采高工作面煤壁片帮情况得到有效控制,保证工作面安全生产。

       

      Abstract: According to loose and broken coal, development of joint fractures, easy rib spalling and roof fall in coal wall in the large mining height work face in Changping Coal Mine. Using field test method, we study the reasonable grouting time, reasonable grouting pressure, sealing hole and plugging method of working face in Changping Mine experimentally, and carry out statistical analysis of rib spalling in working face. The experiment results show that the reasonable grouting reinforcement area of the working face is at the rear of the elastic strengthening stage of advanced supporting pressure. The reasonable grouting area of the large working face is 30 m to 40 m in front of the working face, and the reasonable grouting pressure is 10 MPa to 12 MPa. The rib spalling of the high working face is effectively controlled by the deep hole grouting and the safe production of the working face is ensured.
