    • 摘要: 为了解决榆阳煤矿充填开采目前存在的施工量大、工期长和结构封闭性差等问题,采用柔模充填风积砂高水膨胀材料密闭墙技术,即在充填料中适当增加水泥掺量并添加一定比例的早强减水剂,能够缩短充填料的凝固时间,提高墙体的早期强度,提升密闭墙的施工速度,降低工人的劳动强度,提高巷采充填的效率。该技术的采用有利于提前进行采空区充填作业。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the existing problems of large construction volume, long construction time and poor structural closure, the paper adopts the technology of soft mould filling sand with high water expansion material, that is, increasing cement admixture and adding a certain proportion of early strong water reducer in filling materials, it can shorten the solidification time of filling material, improve the early strength of wall, improve the construction speed of fire dam, reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the efficiency of filling in the lane. The application of this method is beneficial to the filling operation in the goaf area in advance.
