    Measures of Working Face Passing Through Broken Fault Based on New Grouting Strengthening Materials

    • 摘要: 针对大宁煤矿工作面过断层且断层连通顶板砂岩含水层以及工作面底板为泥岩和炭质泥岩的情况,通过新型注浆加固材料加固工作面前方煤体及顶板破碎带围岩的强度,增强其稳定性,进行合理的钻孔布置及加固方案设计。结果表明,通过加固后的工作面煤壁稳定性加强,减少片帮、冒顶发生和支架压死现象,同时也避免了底板泥岩底鼓的发生。现场施工应用表明:该注浆加固方案的设计及注浆材料的应用能够使工作面顺利通过断层。

       

      Abstract: For the situations that the working face of Daning Coal Mine passes through the fault and the fault connects the sandstone aquifer of roof and the working face is mudstone and carbonaceous mudstone, we strengthened the strength of the coal body in front of the working face and the surrounding rock in the broken roof zone by the new grouting reinforcement material, enhance its stability, carry out reasonable drilling layout and reinforcement scheme design. The results show that the stability of the coal wall of the strengthened working face is strengthened to reduce the occurrence of wall caving, roof fall and pushed down of supports, and to avoid the occurrence of mudstone floor heave of floor. The field application shows that the design of the grouting reinforcement scheme and the application of grouting materials can make the working face pass through the fault smoothly.
