    孤岛工作面瓦斯释放影响因素分析及预抽必要性论证

    Analysis of Influencing Factors of Gas Release in Isolated Working Face and Demonstration of Necessity of Pre-pumping

    • 摘要: 针对高瓦斯矿井综放工作面煤层瓦斯含量较低,开采条件影响下回采期间瓦斯涌出量大的情况下,选取合理的瓦斯治理措施,避免瓦斯治理的盲目性。通过类似工作面瓦斯治理措施及效果分析,工作面预抽效果差,甚至没有预抽的必要性。为了进一步论证I011502工作面预抽的必要性,主要从以下几方面进行研究:孤岛工作面瓦斯释放影响因素分析、I011502工作面煤层残余瓦斯含量论证、相似I011501工作面瓦斯治理效果论证以及I011502工作面回采期间瓦斯治理措施保障分析。论证结果表明:工作面回采期间最大绝对瓦斯涌出量为12.78 m3/min,回采期间高位钻孔瓦斯抽采量为10 m3/min,可得工作面除去高位钻孔抽采瓦斯量剩余2.78 m3/min远远小于工作面风排瓦斯量4.96 m3/min,保证工作面回采期间回风流瓦斯浓度不超0.5%。

       

      Abstract: In view of the low gas content of coal seam in fully mechanized top coal caving face of high gassy mine and the large amount of gas emission during the mining period under the influence of mining conditions, reasonable gas control measures are selected to avoid the blindness of gas control. Through the similar working face gas control measures and effect analysis, the work surface pre-pumping effect is poor, even without the need for pre-pumping. In order to further demonstrate the necessity of pre-pumping of I011502 face, the main factors are as follows: the influencing factors of gas release in isolated island face, the demonstration of residual gas content in I011502 face, the demonstration of gas treatment effect of I011501 working face and the demonstration of I011502 analysis on the protection of gas control measures in the period of mining. The results show that the maximum absolute gas emission during the mining period is 12.78 m3/ min, and the high-level borehole gas extraction is 10 m3/ min during the mining period. The remaining 2.78 m3/min of gas extraction in the working face excluding high level drilling is far smaller than the 4.96 m3/min of gas extraction in the working face, which ensures that the gas concentration of return air flow is not more than 0.5% during working face mining.
