    • 摘要: 山东能源枣矿集团新安煤业公司33采区随着向西部开拓延伸和矿井的生产需要,采区内需风巷道增多,通风网络变的复杂,巷道受自然风压、井巷阻力等变化的影响,容易导致风流不稳定,易出现微风、无风巷道,甚至发生风流反向的现象。根据32、33采区生产布局和采掘接续,充分考虑采区通风的需要,通过分析、论证、合理优化调整矿井通风系统,实现安全高效、合理生产,以期达到矿井通防系统的本质安全的目的。

       

      Abstract: With the opening and extending to the West and production needs of mine,the needed wind roadways in 33# mining area of Xin’an coal industry company of Shandong Enery Zaozhuang Mining Group are increased,which makes the ventilation network complexity.Affected by natural wind pressure and mine resistance and other factors,roadway is prone to appear the breeze,no wind,or even inverted air current phenomenon which caused by unstable air current.According to production layout and mining connection in 32# and 33# mining area,fully considering the needs of mining ventilation,through analyzing,demonstrating and reasonably adjusting and optimizing mine ventilation system,the goals of achieving intrinsic safety of mine ventilation system by safety,high efficiency and reasonable production are realized.
