    囊袋式注浆和聚氨酯2种封孔方式的抽放效果对比分析

    Contrastive Analysis of Drainage Effects of Two Kinds of Hole Sealing Ways Between Capsule Bag Grouting and Polyurethane

    • 摘要: 综合分析了囊袋式注浆与聚氨酯2种封孔技术的封孔机理,在义煤集团新安矿现场考察发现,囊袋式注浆封孔抽放瓦斯浓度要明显高于聚氨酯封孔抽放浓度,抽放3个月后,囊袋式注浆封孔钻孔平均抽放瓦斯浓度仍是聚氨酯封孔钻孔平均瓦斯浓度的2.23倍。

       

      Abstract: The paper comprehensively analyzes the sealing mechanism of two kinds of sealing technology between the capsular bag grouting and polyurethane.It is found in Xin’an mine site inspection of Yima Group that the gas drainage concentration of capsular bag grouting sealing is significantly higher than the drainage concentration of polyurethane sealing.The drillings average gas drainage concentration of the capsular bag grouting sealing is still 2.23 times of the drillings average gas concentration of the polyurethane sealing after drainaging 3 months.
