    褶曲构造对煤巷围岩破裂范围及动压影响分析

    Influence of Folding Structure on Cracking Zone and Dynamic Pressure of Coal Roadway Surrounding Rock

    • 摘要: 以褶曲地质构造力学机理及其对煤巷围岩破裂范围和动压的影响为研究重点,采用矿山压力理论、现场原位试验和数值模拟等方法对窑街天祝煤矿3200工作面运输巷进行褶曲构造的力学分析,结合现场煤巷围岩破裂范围的声学测试结果,利用FLAC3D软件对采场褶曲地质构造三维矿压分布以及动力扰动下巷道围岩力学响应进行了数值模拟。研究表明:褶曲不同部位对应不同的应力状态,其中向斜部位构造应力最大,也最容易发生动压灾害,褶曲翼部构造应力次之,背斜部位最小;向斜部位对应煤巷松动范围最大,过渡段次之,背斜部位最小;煤巷向斜区段煤壁前方支承压力更为集中,顶板沉降位移最大且同等程度动力扰动下该位置巷道变形及塑性破坏范围最大,发生冒顶、动压灾害的可能性也最大。

       

      Abstract: Taking the mechanical mechanism of folding structure and its influence on cracking zone of roadway surrounding rock and dynamic pressure as research emphases, mine pressure theory, in-situ acoustic measurement and numerical simulation and other methods are used to carry out the mechanical analysis on the folding structures of transport roadway of 3200 working face in Tianzhu Yaojie Coal Mine. Combined the acoustic test results of the surrounding rock fracture range of coal roadway, FLAC3D software was used to simulate the three-dimensional distribution of stope mine pressure with folding structure and mechanical response of roadway surrounding rocks under dynamic disturbance. The study shows that different parts of the fold correspond to different stress state, among them, the tectonic stress in the synclinal part is the largest and the dynamic pressure disaster is the most likely to occur, followed by folded wings of tectonic stress, and anticline site is the smallest; the loose range of coal roadway is the largest at the synclinal part, followed by the transition section, and the anticlinal part is the smallest; the abutment pressure is more concentrated in front of the coal wall of coal roadway in syncline area, roof subsidence displacement is the biggest and roadway deformation and the plastic failure scope are the largest under the same degree of dynamic disturbance, and the possibility of roof collapse and dynamic pressure disasters is also the greatest.
