    基于多支架联合分析技术的顶板运动规律分析

    • 摘要: 为解决全工作面液压支架压力连续监测、分析过程中出现的每台液压支架数据变化节奏不统一,工作面顶板运动规律分析较困难的问题,进行了液压支架压力监测结果整体分析。结果发现:基本顶断裂时支架压力呈现出两端头和中间压力较大,中间压力最大的“W”型分布;这种工作面倾向顶板压力显现特征给单支架顶板运动规律分析带来较大干扰。根据工作面倾向顶板断裂特征,将工作面分为上、中、下3个区,区域内支架数据按单支架顶板运动规律分析方法把符合来压判据的循环数据筛选后,按时间序列拟合,再一次判断是否符合来压条件,即多支架联合分析顶板运动规律。实践证明,基于多支架联合分析技术的顶板运动规律和现场观测结果基本一致。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the data change rhythm of each hydraulic support is not unified and it is difficult to analyze the roof movement law during the continuous monitoring of pressure and analysis of the hydraulic support. The pressure monitoring results of hydraulic supports are analyzed. Findings: the pressure of the hydraulic support shows a “W” type distribution of larger pressure in both ends and the largest pressure in the middle when the old roof is broken. The pressure behaviors of this kind of face inclination bring great disturbance for analyzing motion laws of single support roof. The face is divided into upper, middle and lower zones according to crack features of face inclination. After screening the cyclic data conforming to the pressure criterion according to the method of analyzing single support roof movement law, fitting by time series, we determine whether it conforms to the pressure conditions again. This is multi-support joint analysis technology for roof movement laws. Practice has proved that the roof movement law based on multi-support joint is basically consistent with field observation results.
