    Risk Assessment of One-ventilation and Three-prevention System of a Mine in Guizhou Based on WBS-RBS

    • 摘要: 为了科学地评价煤矿“一通三防”系统的风险,以职业健康、安全与环境3个方面23个指标构建了“一通三防”风险评价体系,建立了基于作业分解结构-风险分解结构(WBS-RBS)及层次分析法(AHP)的风险评价模型。并将该评价模型应用于贵州某矿“一通三防”系统风险评估中,得出了系统风险等级。评估结果较客观地反映了煤矿“一通三防”系统风险状况,计算简便,结果精确可靠。

       

      Abstract: This paper constructs a risk assessment system based on 23 indicators from 3 aspects of occupational health, safety and environment to scientifically evaluate the risk of one-ventilation and three-prevention system in coal mine. On the basis of work breakdown structure and risk breakdown structure (WBS-RBS) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a risk evaluation model is established. The evaluation model is applied to the risk assessment of one-ventilation and three-prevention system of a mine in Guizhou, the system risk level has been derived. The evaluation results objectively reflect the risk situation of the coal mine. The calculation is simple and the results are accurate and reliable.
