    • 摘要: 对1起因雷管炸药爆炸事故起因进行全面排查,充分综合了人员询问、现场核查、设备核查、实验室试验等方式进行分析,最终确认本起事故原因为:爆破工在狭窄处与巷帮悬挂的日光灯电缆和信号电缆等电线发生接触,通行时刮伤电缆橡胶套外护层和两芯电缆内绝缘层,导致其中1根带电芯线外露,与背篓外部捆绑的金属导电体接触形成电流通路,引发背篓里的电雷管爆炸。此起事故是由违章运输、违章放置、电缆失爆等一系列因素聚集到一起引发的,避免同类事故再次发生,应吸取教训,警钟长鸣。

       

      Abstract: The causes of an explosion accident caused by detonator explosives were comprehensively investigated, and the methods of personnel inquiry, on-site verification, equipment verification and laboratory test were fully integrated for analysis. Finally, it is confirmed that the reason for the accident is that the blasting worker had contact with the fluorescent lamp cable and signal cable suspended on the side of the lane at the narrow place, and the outer cover of the cable rubber sleeve and the inner insulation layer of two core cables are damaged during passing through, which leads to the exposure of the one of the charged core wires to contact with the metal conductive body outside the basket and form the current path and cause the electric detonator explosion in the basket. This accident was caused by a series of factors including illegal transportation, illegal placement and cable explosion, etc. To avoid the recurrence of similar accidents, lessons should be learned and alarms should be sounded.
