    应力约束下煤体吸附解吸瓦斯变形特性的试验研究

    Experiment Study on Deformation Characteristics of Gas Adsorption and Desorption of Confined Coal

    • 摘要: 利用YKDPump70精密驱替泵,对原煤尺寸(φ50 mm×100 mm)试件,进行了恒温恒压(20 ℃,18 MPa)条件下,CH4在无烟煤中的吸附解吸试验,对CH4在吸附解吸过程中煤体的变形特征进行了测量分析。主要结果为:在整个吸附解吸过程中,煤体的径向变形与轴向变形随时间的变化规律是相似的,并在同一吸附压力下,煤体的吸附膨胀变形量大于解吸收缩变形量,煤体存在一定的残余变形。在不同的吸附压力下,解吸量与煤体轴向应变、径向应变随时间的增大而增大,最终趋于稳定状态,并且二者的变化规律基本一致,呈对数形式增长。在18 MPa体积应力约束条件下,持续12 h的CH4解吸过程中,煤体轴向应变、径向应变ε与CH4解吸量q成线性关系,即ε=aq+b,式中:ab为拟合常数。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate characteristics of CH4 adsorption and desorption in anthracite, YKDPump70 CO2-ECBM experimental equipment was used to carry out coal deformation through injecting CH4 to coal samples (φ50 mm×100 mm) with constant pressure under 18 MPa bulk stress at 20 ℃. The main results show that: the radial deformation of coal and the axial deformation of coal changed with time is similar during the whole adsorption and desorption process, the amount of adsorption swelling deformation of coal sample is larger than desorption shrinkage deformation of coal sample, there is a certain residual deformation of coal samples. Under different adsorption pressure, desorption amount and axial deformation, radial deformation of coal body increased with time and eventually stabilized, and the variation of them is basically consistent, presenting logarithmic form. During 12 hours of CH4 desorption, relationship between CH4 desorption amount q and axial strain, radial strain ε of coal body is linear under 18 MPa confinement pressure, that is ε=aq+b, and a and b are fitting constants.
