    Research and Application of Pulverized Coal with Pressure Grouting Hole Sealing Technology

    • 摘要: 为了了解煤粉带压注浆封孔技术的封孔性能以及实际封孔效果,分别采用实验室实验和现场试验的方式对煤粉带压封孔技术进行了深层次的探索研究。结果表明:由煤粉和外添加剂组成的煤粉封孔材料具有一定的微膨胀特性,且随着水灰比的减小,煤粉封孔材料的膨胀性逐渐增大;利用煤粉带压注浆封孔技术进行封孔可以取得良好的封孔效果,其所封钻孔的抽放瓦斯浓度与利用膨胀水泥封孔技术所封钻孔的抽放瓦斯浓度相当,但封孔成本降低了约70%。

       

      Abstract: In order to make further understanding about the sealing performance and actual sealing effect of the new sealing technique of pulverized coal with pressure grouting hole sealing technology, in this paper, the methods of laboratory experiment and field experiment are used to make deep exploratory development to the pulverized coal with pressure grouting hole sealing technology, the results show that: the sealing material consisting of coal powder and additives has a certain micro-expansion characteristics, and with the decrease of water-cement ratio, the expansion of coal powder sealing material increases gradually; good sealing effect can be achieved by pulverized coal with pressure grouting hole sealing technology, and the gas extraction concentration of the closed borehole is similar to that of the hole sealed by the expansion cement sealing technology, but the sealing cost is reduced by about 70%.
