    钻孔积水对锚杆锚固性能弱化研究

    Research on Weakening Performance of Anchor Bolt by Drilling Water

    • 摘要: 为研究锚杆拉拔过程中钻孔积水对锚固力弱化的现象,通过对锚固体力学性能进行实验模拟和数值模拟,得出锚杆拉拔过程并建立不同力学参数下的数值模型进行模拟对比。研究发现:随着积水量的增加,锚杆拉拔力大幅下降,钻孔积水对锚固剂锚固性能弱化作用十分明显;当锚杆的力学参数一定时,锚杆的锚固效果受到锚固剂的黏结性能很大影响。数值模拟计算得到的结果与实验现象和理论分析基本一致,表明该数值软件模拟锚杆拉拔过程可行的。

       

      Abstract: For the study of phenomenon of drilling fluid weakening the anchoring force in the bolt drawing process, we use simulation experiment and numerical simulation to research anchoring strength performance, and obtain the drawing process of bolt and establish the numerical model under different mechanical parameters for simulation and comparison. The study shows that the bolt drawing force is greatly reduced with the increase of accumulated water, and the borehole water plays a obvious role in weakening the anchorage performance of anchorage agent; when the mechanical parameters of the bolt are fixed, the anchorage effect of the bolt is greatly affected by the bonding performance of the anchorage agent. The results obtained from the numerical simulation are basically consistent with the experimental phenomena and theoretical analysis, which indicates that the numerical software is feasible for the simulation of bolt drawing.
