    Gas Drainage Technology of Full-hole Depth and Large Diameter Socket Pipe

    • 摘要: 为了解决顶板钻孔无法做到全程下套管护孔和瓦斯抽采通道堵塞问题,研究出全孔深大孔径插接花管抽采瓦斯技术,充分利用ZDY-3200S型全液压钻机结构特点,采用全程下套管封孔技术,使套管可以与钻孔的轨迹保持一致,能够下到孔深的90%以上,实现“管到位”。大孔径插接花管大大增加了瓦斯流通的通道,有效解决了顶板钻孔在抽采过程中的堵塞现象,提高了套管的透气性,增加了瓦斯抽采流量,延长了钻孔有效抽采时间,实现瓦斯连续抽采。结果表明:该技术实现全孔深下套管连续抽采瓦斯,瓦斯抽采浓度基本不变,单孔抽采混合流量由1.4 m3/min提高到5 m3/min,增加了3.5倍,有效地提高了顶板钻孔的抽采效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems that the roof drilling can not achieve the whole process of casing hole protection and gas drainage channels are blocked, the gas drainage technology of full-hole depth and large diameter socket pipe is studied. Making full use of the structural characteristics of ZDY-3200S type hydraulic drilling rig, by using full-hole depth casing protection technology, the socket pipe can be consistent with the track of drilling hole, and can reach more than 90% of the hole depth, so as to realize the socket pipe in place. The large diameter socket pipe greatly increases the gas circulation, effectively solves the plugging phenomenon in the drilling hole, improves the gas permeability of the casing, increases the gas extraction flow, prolongs the effective drainage time of the drill hole, and ensures the continuity of gas drainage. The results show that the technology can realize continuous gas drainage with full-hole depth, the concentration of gas extraction is basically unchanged, and the mixed flow rate of single hole extraction increases from 1.4 m3/min to 5 m3/min, increasing by 3.5 times, and effectively improving the drainage effect of roof drilling.
