    • 摘要: 大同矿区侏罗系属于近距离煤层群开采,上覆采空区内的有害气体容易下泄进入下部工作面,严重威胁着作业人员的生命安全。采用相似材料模拟试验系统研究覆岩破断运移与裂隙分布规律,结合现场实测数据分析有害气体下泄过程。结合多层采空区流场动态平衡原理,设计升压通风调节系统抑制有害气体下泄。对四台矿8209工作面升压系统进行了技术研究,通过计算确定了合理的升压值。现场应用结果表明,升压技术可以有效遏制上覆采空区有害气体下泄,保障下部工作面安全开采。

       

      Abstract: The Jurassic system in Datong Mining Area belongs to the close coal seam mining, harmful gas in the overburden goaf is easy to escape into the lower working face, which seriously threatens the safety of operators. The simulation test system of similar materials was used to study the laws of overburden fracture migration and fracture distribution, combined with field measured data, the process of harmful gas leakage is analyzed. Based on the principle of dynamic balance of multi-level goaf flow field, the raising pressure ventilation control system to prevent harmful gas leakage is designed. The technical research on 8209 working face raising pressure system in Sitai Mine is carried out, and the reasonable rising pressure is determined by calculation. The application results show that the raising pressure technique can effectively curb the harmful gas leakeage in overlying goaf and ensure the safe mining of the lower face.
