    Technology and Application of Low-oxygen Prevention and Control in Mining Close Coal Seams in Shendong Mining Area

    • 摘要: 近年来神东矿区随着开采深度逐渐由浅部转向中深部,近距离中厚煤层开采已较为普遍,工作面氧气浓度低是矿井生产过程中面临的新难题。通过对近距离煤层群开采工作面低氧原因进行分析,制定了针对性的管控措施。通过在工作面应用均压和泄压通风技术,以调整工作面和采空区压力差,从而减少采空区有害气体涌出量。对2种低氧治理通风技术进行了分析比较,找到适合神东矿区近距离煤层群开采低氧防治的技术手段。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, with the mining depth of Shendong Mining Area gradually shifting from the shallow to the middle deep, the mining of the close distance medium-thick coal seam has become more common, and the low oxygen concentration in working face is a new problem in mine production. Through the analysis of the causes of low oxygen content in the working face of the close coal seam group, this paper proposed the corresponding control measures. In order to adjust the pressure difference between the working face and the goaf, the amount of harmful gas emission in the goaf can be reduced by applying pressure equalization and pressure relief ventilation technology in the working face. Finally, this paper analyzes and compares two kinds of low oxygen control and ventilation technologies, and finds out the technical means for the low-oxygen prevention and control of mining close coal seam in Shendong Mining Area.
