    六盘水地区煤层气井表层岩溶地层钻探技术

    Drilling Technology for Subsurface Karst Strata of Coalbed Methane Wells in Liupanshui Area

    • 摘要: 表层岩溶地层漏失问题制约着六盘水地区煤层气的发展,在对近地表岩溶电法探测技术、穿越含水溶洞空气钻进技术及其制约因素分析的基础上,通过对空气潜孔锤倒划眼技术,表层含水溶洞暂封技术进行探讨,提出了一种表层岩溶地层钻探施工技术,并在六盘水地区钻遇串珠状含水溶洞的煤层气井中得到了成功应用。

       

      Abstract: Development of coalbed methane in Liupanshui Area has been restricted by the leakage in subsurface karst strata. Based on the analysis of the near surface karst electrical surveying technology and air drilling through karst cave containing water technique, this article explores DTH hammer back reaming technology and temporary sealing technology for surface karst cave containing water. A drilling technique for surface kast strata is proposed. It has been successfully applied in the CBM well with string-shaped water-bearing karst caves in Liupanshui Area.
