    • 摘要: 提出了一种新型的矿用级联准阻抗源DC-DC升压变换器,分析了其电路基本结构和工作原理,推导了电路的相关电压关系。该电路克服了传统Z源变换器电压增益小、器件应力大以及输入电流断续等问题。应用MATLAB/Simulink对电路进行了仿真,并在仿真结果的基础上以TMS320F28335为核心搭建出试验电路,理论分析与试验结果相符,验证了此DC-DC变换器的可行性和正确性。

       

      Abstract: This paper proposes a novel cascaded quasi-Z-source DC-DC boost converter which can be used in mine, and analyzes its circuit structure and operating principle, and deduces related voltage relation of the circuit. This circuit overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional Z-source converter such as low voltage gain, high voltage stress and discontinuous input current. The simulation results of the system based on MATLAB/Simulink are given. The experimental circuit based on TMS320F28335 is built, the theoretical analysis and experimental results are in complete agreement with each other, and the feasibility and correctness of the novel DC-DC converter are verified.
