    赵楼煤矿井下热环境特性分析与机械降温设计

    Underground Thermal Environment Characteristic Analysis and Mechanism Cooling Design of Zhaolou Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 以赵楼煤矿井下回采工作面、掘进工作面风流干球温度、湿球温度、流量及气压的实测数据为依据,分析其在降温系统运行前后的分布、变化规律,得出潜热占到井下降温冷负荷的80%以上;对单位体积风流而言,回采工作面散热量占到井下降温冷负荷的50%以上等结论。进而阐述了煤矿井下机械降温工程设计的一些要点。

       

      Abstract: Based on the measured data of airflow dry-bulb temperature,wet-bulb temperature,air flow rate and air pressure from the stope and heading face in the underground of Zhaolou coal mine,its distribution and change rules before and after cooling system operation are analyzed.The results show that latent heat occupies more than 80% of the underground cooling load,for per unit airflow volume,the heat dissipating capacity in working face occupies above 50% of the cooling load in underground coal mine,etc,and then some of the highlights of underground mechanism cooling engineering design are expounded.
