    Application of Coalbed Methane Intelligent Drainage Monitoring Equipment in Panyidong Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了解决煤层气抽采过程中存在效率低、智能化控制薄弱等问题,提出了煤层气智能抽采监控指标,利用VC++编写了煤层气智能抽采监控软件,同时研制了煤层气智能抽采成套装备。在潘一东煤矿现场应用结果表明:煤层气智能抽采监控装备在现场应用过程中控制系统工作正常,准确采集模拟量、开关量,PID控制算法正确,CO参数连锁控制合理,能够判别抽采系统运行的状态,对事故进行预判,实现系统的自动控制。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and weak intelligent control in coalbed methane extraction process, the intelligent monitoring indicators for coalbed methane extraction are proposed. Using VC++ to write coalbed methane monitoring software of the intelligent extraction, the coalbed methane intelligent extraction equipment is developed at the same time. Application results in Panyidong Coal Mine show that the control system of coalbed methane intelligent extraction monitoring equipment works well in the process of field application. It can accurately collect analog quantity and switching value with correct PID control algorithm and reasonable CO parameter chain control, and can identify the running state of the extraction system and predict the accidents and realize the automatic control of the system.
