    • 摘要: 高负压气动双缸行车风门已成为现代化大型矿井必不可少的通风设施,在日常的生产使用过程中气动风门故障时常出现,导致车辆不能通过,工作面风量太小不能生产等等。为了在气动风门出现故障时能及时处理,确保煤矿安全生产,对补连塔煤矿气动风门电气部分、气路部分、机械部分3大部分元件、常见故障以及处理方法做了详细的分析与介绍。

       

      Abstract: High negative pressure pneumatic double cylinder driving valve has become a necessary ventilation facility in modern large-scale mine. In the daily production and use process, the failure of pneumatic valve often occurs, which causes the vehicle to be unable to pass through, the air volume of the working face is too small and can not be produced. In order to deal with the failure of pneumatic valve in time and ensure the safety of coal mine production, this paper makes a detailed analysis and introduction of the electric part, gas path and mechanical part of the pneumatic pneumatic valve three parts, common faults and treatment methods in the Bulianta Coal Mine.
