    Flame Ablation Test for Flameproof Electrical Equipment

    • 摘要: 分析了火焰在间隙中的传播机理和材料热导率、热变形温度对火焰在间隙中传播的影响;从吸热能力、粗糙度变化、间隙变化、爆炸残余物等方面研究了火焰烧蚀对塑料隔爆面不传爆性能的影响;阐述了火焰烧蚀试验及注意事项,提出了模拟进行火焰烧蚀试验的条件。

       

      Abstract: We analyze the mechanism of flame propagation in the gap and the effects of the material thermal conductivity and thermal deformation temperature on the propagation of the flame in the gap; we study the effects of flame ablation on the detonation resistance of plastic flameproof surface from the aspects of heat absorption capacity, roughness change, gap change, explosive residue, etc. We expound the flame ablation test and several matters needing attention, and propose several conditions for simulating flame ablation test.
