    • 摘要: 针对架空乘人装置在使用过程中会出现断绳、飞车和抱索器失速下滑等问题,基于防过摆保护、单向摆杆及原地方煤矿自行设计加工的跑车防护装置设计了一种新型的断绳抓捕装置和防抱索器失速下滑装置;对2种装置的工作原理、结构设计进行了介绍。该装置结构简单、安全可靠,且对整个系统无影响,改造和实施较为快捷,投入少、见效快,可适用于煤矿各类斜巷架空乘人装置。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of rope broking, runaway, stalled glide of rope clip in the use of overhead manned equipment, based on the principle of anti-overswing protection, one-way swing bar and runaway protection device designed and processed by local coal mines, a new arresting device for rope breaking and a device for preventing stalled glide of rope clip were designed. The working principle and structural design of the two devices are introduced. The device is simple in structure, safe and reliable, and has no influence on the whole system. It can be adapted and implemented quickly with little input and quick results, which can be applied to the installation of all kinds of inclined roadway overhead passenger devices.
